Free VPN are lucrative to use for general use as it’s free and does the job. Unfortunately most free VPN application cannot be trusted. There is a high risk of data leak or theft while using free VPNs, that is why some paid trusted VPNs are always a good choice. Nothing is for free, either you pay with your money or with your data. However, some applications are monetized through advertisements and affiliated product marketing. Although free VPN applications are not generally recommended but I will still like to recommend these for public use. They offer free VPN for android and IOS.
